1. Payments & Merchant of Record
All purchases on PinBoostr — including paid subscriptions and in-app credits — are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle collects your payment, handles applicable taxes and VAT, and issues your receipts. The charge on your payment statement will appear as Paddle.com.
By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Paddle's Privacy Policy.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee — Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with PinBoostr for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date. No questions asked, no conditions.
- The 14-day window applies to all plan tiers (Starter, Agency, Enterprise) and all billing cycles (monthly, 6-month, annual).
- To request a refund, email support@pinboostr.com with your account email and Paddle order number.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible. We provide a Free plan with no credit card required so you can fully evaluate the Service before upgrading.
3. In-App Credits — Refund Policy
PinBoostr offers in-app credits that can be purchased separately to power AI Image Generation — an upcoming feature that will allow you to generate Pinterest-ready images directly within the Service. AI Image Generation is a planned future feature; credits purchased now will be ready to use when the feature launches.
All in-app credit purchases are covered by the same 14-day full refund guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund regardless of credit usage.
- Credits are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts.
- Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination or suspension.
- Credits do not expire unless your account is closed.
4. EU / EEA / UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction date (the "cooling-off period").
Our 14-day full refund guarantee meets and exceeds this statutory right. You may exercise your right of withdrawal — or simply request a refund under our standard policy — by contacting us at support@pinboostr.com within 14 days of your purchase.
5. Billing Support & Contact

6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal accessible from your PinBoostr dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel within the 14-day refund window, you are also entitled to a full refund. Simply email support@pinboostr.com alongside your cancellation request.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
