Data Deletion

The fastest way to remove a connected account and its data is from your PinBoostr dashboard:

• Instagram: Open the Instagram page in your dashboard and click Disconnect next to the account. Its access token, profile details, and comment, mention and message activity are deleted immediately.
• Pinterest: Open the account menu in your dashboard and choose Disconnect. The account's access tokens are deleted immediately.

Disconnecting does not delete your PinBoostr account. You can reconnect at any time.

You can also revoke PinBoostr's access directly from Meta. When you do, Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the Instagram data we hold for that account.

• Instagram app: Go to your profile, open the menu, then Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Find PinBoostr under Active and tap Remove.
• Facebook: Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select PinBoostr, and choose Remove. You can also send a data deletion request from the same screen.

For deletion requests sent through Meta, you receive a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of your request.

In your Pinterest account settings, open the list of apps connected to your account and revoke access for PinBoostr. Scheduled pins for that account will stop publishing.

To delete your PinBoostr account and all associated personal data, email privacy@pinboostr.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my PinBoostr account".

• We may ask you to confirm the request so we know it came from the account owner.
• We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
• If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it in the Dodo Payments customer portal first so you are not charged again.

• Your account profile: name, email address, and settings.
• Connected Pinterest and Instagram accounts, including their access tokens and profile data.
• Instagram comment, mention and message notifications we stored for you.
• Connected websites, templates, drafts, scheduled pins, and images you uploaded.
• AI usage history and other data tied to your account.

Some records must be kept even after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy:

• Payment, invoice, and tax records required by law. These are held by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
• Limited records needed for fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes.
• Anonymized, aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.

Content you already published to Pinterest or Instagram stays on those platforms. Delete it there if you want it removed.
