Terms of Service

By accessing or using PinBoostr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PinBoostr ("we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

PinBoostr is a software-as-a-service platform that provides Pinterest scheduling, analytics, AI-assisted pin creation, keyword research, website syncing, and growth workflow tools. The Service is delivered digitally over the internet. We operate as an independent third-party tool using Pinterest's official API and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Pinterest, Inc.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or start a subscription.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@pinboostr.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

By connecting your Pinterest account to PinBoostr, you authorize us to access and act on your behalf through Pinterest's official API. You agree to:

• Comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer rules, and applicable platform policies.
• Not use PinBoostr to post spam, misleading content, prohibited content, or content that violates Pinterest's policies.
• Revoke our API access at any time through your Pinterest account settings.

We are not responsible for changes Pinterest makes to its API, policies, enforcement decisions, data availability, or service functionality.

Paid subscriptions and other paid digital purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, Inc. ("Dodo Payments"), a third-party payment provider that acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, applicable tax and VAT, fraud and compliance checks, receipts, invoices, refunds, disputes, and order records for Dodo-processed transactions.

• The legal seller or payment descriptor may appear as Dodo Payments, not PinBoostr directly.
• Your payment information, including card details, billing address, and checkout details, is collected and stored by Dodo Payments. PinBoostr does not store your payment credentials.
• By completing a purchase, you also agree to the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms and Dodo Payments Privacy Policy.
• For Dodo-processed order questions, invoice downloads, payment method changes, subscription cancellation, or payment disputes, use the Dodo Payments customer portal or contact Dodo Payments at support@dodopayments.com.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout, such as monthly or yearly.
• Subscription fees are charged automatically at each renewal date using the payment method on file with Dodo Payments.
• We may change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of price changes before they take effect on your renewal date.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features or your account.
• An active paid subscription is required for scheduled pins to be posted. Pins scheduled beyond your subscription expiry date will not be published.
• You can view, update, or cancel your subscription through the Dodo Payments customer portal linked from your PinBoostr account dashboard.

Our refund terms are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:

• Subscriptions: All subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
• In-app credits: Credits purchased to power AI Image Generation are covered by the same 14-day full refund guarantee.
• EU, EEA, and UK consumers: Our 14-day full refund guarantee is intended to meet or exceed applicable statutory withdrawal rights for eligible digital purchases.

To request a refund, email support@pinboostr.com with your account email and Dodo Payments order or transaction details.

PinBoostr offers a free plan with limited usage so you can try the Service before choosing a paid subscription. Paid plans do not include a free trial; they bill at checkout and unlock higher limits and additional features.

• The free plan includes limited pins, AI generations, and features as shown in the Service.
• Free plan limits may change as the Service evolves.
• Continued access to paid features requires an active paid subscription.

You agree not to use PinBoostr to:

• Post spam, duplicate content, misleading content, or prohibited content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection, data protection, and intellectual property laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written permission.

PinBoostr and its original content, features, functionality, software, and branding are owned by PinBoostr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and post through the Service. By using the Service, you do not acquire ownership rights in our software or branding.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

When you make a purchase, certain data such as your name, email address, billing address, checkout information, and transaction details may be shared with Dodo Payments for payment processing, tax compliance, fraud prevention, order management, billing support, refunds, and dispute handling. Dodo Payments' handling of this data is governed by the Dodo Payments Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee traffic increases, follower growth, impressions, sales, or any specific Pinterest result. Pinterest may change its API, policies, or data availability at any time, which may affect Service functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PinBoostr and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for PinBoostr through Dodo Payments in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Dodo Payments customer portal linked from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PinBoostr operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
