A Pinterest bulk scheduler lets you create and queue many Pins in one sitting instead of one at a time. Pinterest's own tools can bulk upload up to 200 finished Pins from a CSV file, and PinBoostr adds the slow part: it turns a batch of your pages into designed, written Pins that you review, space out and approve in one pass. This page shows exactly what Pinterest's free options do (checked on Pinterest's Help Center on October 29, 2026), where they stop, and how bulk work looks in PinBoostr, including its own CSV import.
Can you bulk schedule Pins on Pinterest?
Yes, in three different ways, and each one solves a different problem. You need a free Pinterest business account for all of them.
| How many at once | You still have to | Best for | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pinterest's built-in scheduler | Up to 10 scheduled Pins at a time, up to 30 days ahead | Design every image and write every title yourself | A few Pins a week |
| Pinterest bulk upload (.csv) | Up to 200 images or videos per upload | Design and host every image, fill in every row | Pins you have already made |
| Pinterest RSS auto-publish | Up to 200 Pins a day from a feed | Accept the feed's image and text as they are | Publishing every new post with no editing |
| PinBoostr | Up to 500 CSV rows or a whole list of your pages per batch | Review, edit and approve each Pin | Making fresh Pins from your pages in bulk |
Pinterest's built-in scheduler
Pinterest's Schedule Pins article says you can schedule a Pin up to 30 days in advance and have up to 10 Pins scheduled for the future. On desktop you can select up to 10 images in Create Pin, and each one becomes a separate Pin. After scheduling you can change the date, title, board, description and link, but not the image. It is free and fine for a handful of Pins. It is not built for a month of content.
Pinterest bulk upload from a CSV file
Pinterest's Bulk upload Pins tool takes a .csv file of up to 200 images or videos. It works on desktop only: open Settings, choose Import content, then Upload next to "Upload .csv or .txt file". Each row needs:
- Title (required, up to 100 characters)
- Media URL (required): a public link to the image or video file itself
- Pinterest board (required): the board title, with "/" and a section name to target a section; missing boards are created
- Thumbnail (videos only), Description (optional, up to 500 characters), Link, Publish date and Keywords (all optional)
A future publish date schedules the Pin. Leave it empty and the Pin publishes right away, and a badly formatted date means that Pin is not published. Pinterest emails you once the file is uploaded.
Auto-publish from your RSS feed
If your website is claimed, Pinterest can auto-publish Pins from your RSS feed. It creates up to 200 Pins a day, turns new feed items into Pins within 24 hours and publishes the oldest content first. The image comes from the feed's image tags and the title and description from the feed's own title and description. Each feed saves to one board, every link must be on your claimed domain, and RSS 2.x and 1.x work while Atom does not.
What Pinterest's bulk tools leave to you
All three native options publish Pins that already exist. None of them makes the Pin. That leaves the real work with you:
- Designing images. The CSV needs a hosted image for every row. Two hundred rows means two hundred designs.
- Writing for search. Every title and description has to carry the keyword people search for. A feed reuses your post's title, which is often written for Google, not Pinterest.
- Spacing. A CSV publishes on the dates you type. Nothing stops you from scheduling the same link ten times in one day or filling one board.
- Fresh variations. Pinterest recommends fresh, original content (see what counts as a fresh Pin), and an RSS feed makes one Pin per post.
How bulk scheduling works in PinBoostr
PinBoostr's bulk tool is called Pin Lab. It takes many pages at once and hands back a batch of draft Pins, each with an image, a title, a description and alt text, ready for you to check.
- Pick the pages. Choose posts from your synced website, paste a list of links (one per line; a Medium profile adds its 10 newest stories), or upload a CSV file.
- Let it write the Pins. For each page, PinBoostr reads the content and writes a keyword-led title, description and alt text. Designs come from your templates in your brand colors, or from the page's own images.
- Edit what you want. Open any Pin to change its words, design, image or board. Drafts save as you go.
- Spread them out. Pick a start date, an end date and how many Pins a day, and PinBoostr spreads the batch across good times. "Pick best times for me" moves flagged Pins to the best open slots, keeps the same link 14 days apart and skips days that are already full.
- Approve. Approve Pins one at a time or the whole schedule once you have checked it. Only approved Pins publish, through the official Pinterest API.
Because PinBoostr keeps the queue on its side and publishes each Pin at its time, your batch is not limited to the 10 future Pins of Pinterest's own scheduler. Your plan sets how many Pins can publish a day: 3 during the free month, 20 on Starter and 60 on Growth.
Bulk upload Pins with a CSV in PinBoostr
Already keep your Pins in a spreadsheet? Pin Lab's CSV import accepts up to 500 rows per file and checks every row before anything is created. Column names are matched loosely, so "url", "link" or "page_url" all work.
| Column | Required? | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| URL (the page the Pin links to) | Yes | Must be a valid web address |
| Title | Yes | Up to 100 characters, Pinterest's limit |
| Description | No | Up to 500 characters |
| Alt text | No | Up to 500 characters |
| Board name or board ID | No | Board names up to 50 characters |
| Date | No | Any readable date; rows without one get a time in the schedule step |
| Image URL | No | Leave it out and the Pin gets a template design you can pick |
The difference from Pinterest's CSV: you do not need a finished image for each row. Rows with errors are flagged with the line number, and the valid ones land in Pin Lab as drafts you can design, edit and schedule like any other batch.
Have a list of posts that never got Pins? Start free for a month, no card needed: PinBoostr drafts the Pins in bulk, and you approve each one before it publishes.
Bulk actions after Pins are scheduled
Bulk work does not stop at upload. In PinBoostr's Pinterest scheduler you can select up to 1,000 queued Pins and pause them, retry failed ones, change their design, or delete them, either from PinBoostr only or from Pinterest too. Every failed Pin keeps Pinterest's own reason so you can fix the cause.
For Pins already live on your profile, Manage Pins loads them straight from Pinterest, board by board. You can sort them by impressions, saves or link clicks, find duplicates with the same link, title or description, and delete up to 500 at once. That is useful when an old bulk upload left your boards full of near-identical Pins.
A week of Pins in one approval
If you would rather not build batches at all, Growth Brain does it for you. It scans your website, picks pages worth pinning, and prepares about a week of fresh Pins at a time. You get an email when they are ready. The approval page groups the Pins by day: approve a day, approve the whole week, change a time, or skip a Pin, and skipped Pins never publish. The approval link works from your inbox without logging in.
How many Pins should you bulk schedule?
More is not better if it all lands at once. Pinterest's Community Guidelines (last updated May 2026) list repetitive content made "in an attempt to make money" and automation Pinterest has not explicitly approved under spam. Three habits keep a bulk schedule healthy:
- Spread a batch over days or weeks. A month of Pins is better published as a few a day than as one burst.
- Space each link. PinBoostr keeps Pins for the same page 14 days apart by default.
- Warm up new accounts. PinBoostr starts new accounts lower and raises the pace as Pins earn clicks.

FAQ
Can you schedule multiple Pins at once on Pinterest?
Yes. On desktop you can select up to 10 images in Create Pin and schedule them, with up to 10 Pins scheduled at a time and up to 30 days ahead. For more, use Pinterest's bulk upload, which takes up to 200 Pins per .csv file.
How many Pins can you bulk upload to Pinterest?
Up to 200 images or videos per upload with Pinterest's bulk creation tool, from a desktop and a business account. PinBoostr's CSV import takes up to 500 rows per file.
What columns does a Pinterest CSV need?
Pinterest requires a title (up to 100 characters), a public media URL and a board for each row. Description, link, publish date and keywords are optional, and videos also need a thumbnail.
Is bulk scheduling safe for my Pinterest account?
Scheduling through Pinterest's own tools or the official API is allowed. The risk is volume: dumping many similar Pins at once can look like spam. Spread the batch out, space each link and keep the designs fresh.
Can PinBoostr create Pins in bulk from a list of URLs?
Yes. Paste links one per line, pick posts from your synced website, or upload a CSV. PinBoostr writes and designs a Pin for each page, and you approve them before they publish.
Does PinBoostr support video Pins?
No. PinBoostr creates and publishes image Pins. For video Pins, Pinterest's own bulk upload is the free option.
